21 Photos To Inspire You to Visit Jackson Hole, Wyoming

These photos will hopefully inspire you to snowboard/ski Jackson Hole, the Number 1 resort in North America.

Adventurers that we are, we like to venture new places and escape the crowds.  We had the opportunity to visit Jackson Hole twice for snowboarding both in January 2014 and early February 2016.

Jackson Hole is an absolute paradise for snowboarders and skiers, although it is probably more suited to experienced riders – it’s also where Travis Rice (professional snowboarder) grew up and still can be found freeriding in the backcountry or very occasionally on the slopes!  The mountain resort is not just for the experts, there are a few beginner slopes too.  Not a fan of snowboarding/skiing?  Then try snowmobiling in Yellowstone Park ! We had a fantastic day out, speeding through the snow, visiting geysers and even spotted a few buffalo.

The views of the mountains and national parks are spectacular and breathtaking.  Besides the beautiful landscape, the food is good here too.  During the Summer, you can explore Yellowstone Park, hike the trails in Teton or even whitewater raft Snake River Canyon.

We thought we would share with you a few photos of Jackson Hole, so here goes…

Where’s your favourite place to snowboard/ski?  Tempted to visit Jackson Hole yet?

It’s probably one of the cheapest places to visit in the USA so I hope you do get to visit one day. Thank you for commenting.

It’s been a long time since I’ve been skiing and I’d love to get back at it. I’ve heard such great things about Jackson Hole so it’d be a perfect vacation choice.

The slopes are so quiet in JH and the queues aren’t long. A great winter holiday! 🙂

Yes it can get quite cold there especially at the top of the mountain. It’s a great place to learn to ski 🙂

My relationship with cold weather is not the best, but I would definitely visit Jackson Hole for these sweet landscapes!! Do you have an Instagram account? I couldn’t find anything here 🙁

I never used to be a fan of the cold weather but since I started snow boarding a few years ago, I love the mountains!!! You should be able to see our instagram account on the side bar. 🙂

This truly inspires to go! I am living in the Northern Europe, and the landscapes look so familiar and close.
